by grit not by degree. A customer experience professional with 15 years
of experience bridging the gap between service, operations and
production by translating customer needs into solutions and creative
visions into reality. My background includes experience in customer
communication, cross-team collaboration and coordination, and creative
problem solving. My growing curiosity and commitment to learning have
driven me to expand my technical skills through continuing education

The 3rd Corner, I’ve refined my ability to build relational equity with
the back-of-house team and act as an effective liaison. By understanding
production, I can translate customer needs — gained through active
listening, communication, and empathy — into clear direction for both
back- and front-of-house teams to provide tailored solutions. In a
previous role at The Lot, I helped launch two locations and contributed
to developing systems that improve service and customer experience,
while continuously working towards seamless integration of production
with service in a unique luxury cinema dining experience. As a creative
business owner, I worked as an artist curator and project manager,
collaborating with diverse teams to produce events, music, and video
content. I helped turn creative vision into reality by coordinating
technical and creative contributors, problem solving, and filling in any
gaps by learning whatever was necessary to move the project forward.
